Working closely with award winning UK design agency, Morrama, the team has taken a long hard look at the cheap plastic offerings currently available and turned it upside down to deliver a beautiful and functional case for the style conscious consumer.

At TheLensCase we have been able to reduce the amount of plastic being disposed of by 75% by creating an ultra-thin insert to act as the repository for the cleaning liquid and lenses.

The body of the case is made of easily recyclable zinc. Zinc is 100% recyclable indefinitely.

Lens case hygiene is the No.1 cause of eye infections

About 80% to 90% of contact lens-related eye infections are bacterial and the most common cause is Lens Case hygiene. Microbial keratitis for instance is a serious type of eye infection in contact lens wearers, which can lead to blindness or the need for corneal transplant in the most severe cases.
